I would say that PSN simply is really slow - and it is - but it's weird to me that it scales. Maybe it just works out that way normally when connecting to a slower server, but I'm convinced this is a PSN server issue. I had a technician out who literally plugged the LAN into the speed test and it showed high s and when replugged it into the PS4 it showed download speeds in the 60s. So is the PS4 Pro just not showing the correct speed or is it actually plummeting the speed down due to the hardware?
